Anything outside UK Mainland is dispatched using the delivery service outlined in the table below.

An email will be sent confirming your order has been dispatched by Wall Art Images for delivery. We pack all our products with great care to ensure they are received in the same condition they were dispatched; all items will require a proof of signature upon delivery.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all orders from Wall Art Images within 72 hours Monday – Friday, this excludes public holidays and weekends. Orders taken on a Friday will be dispatched the following Wednesday. We will dispatch sooner if possible.

Lost/Undelivered/Damaged Items

We hope this never happens, but if your product has not arrived within 10 days of being dispatched we will re-supply the goods. Likewise if goods received get damaged in transit or there is an obvious defect with the product we will also reproduce it, in this case we must be notified within 5 working days and a picture of the damaged goods must be emailed to us.

Cancellations

Once payment has been received production of your order will commence and cancellation will not be possible. If you have a problem with the order information you submitted to us then please contact us immediately so we can look into it for you.
